A Recipe for Confidence You’ll Want to Share
As a working mom and entrepreneur, I know first hand how tough it is to balance family, passions and work while also maintaing feelings of self-assurance.
Our reality is that sometimes, we just need a little reminder of who we are and what we’re capable of. That’s why I decided to craft and share a new recipe for confidence. This isn’t your grandma’s secret recipe for bread pudding or aunt Johnny Mae’s mac & cheese — although, if you’ve got those recipes, I’m all ears!
This recipe is all about the 10 ingredients you need to become the most confident woman you can be. And the best part — you can tweak this recipe to add your own special sauce. After all, the foot you put in your dish is what makes it truly special.
Over the years, I’ve been asked “how do you define confidence?” We know the definition, but in short confidence is your self-assurance. Confidence is also very much an inside job, and we all know that the greatest battles are fought and won within — mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
You may ask, why a recipe? What does confidence have to do with food?
Because sharing recipes is more than about making food. Plus, if you’re a foodie like me — if it looks, sounds good, smells and tastes good — I’m asking for the recipe!
